An industry veteran, Sharada Nandakumar brings more than three decades of experience, spanning the length and breadth of the ever-evolving technology industry. She has extensive experience in managing large businesses and operations, service delivery and digital transformations.
Prior to Voya India, Sharada was with ‘Wipro’ where she spent more than 21 years in various roles in delivery, presales, sales and business head. She has global expertise, building customer relationships across the United States, Europe, India, Middle East and Africa. Sharada’s strengths lie in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, stakeholder and people management.
At Voya India, Sharada has played a crucial role in stabilizing the India Office, building a strong culture of trust, collaboration and camaraderie and accelerating the journey of building a strong global capability centre.
Vaibhav has more than 24 years of experience in Information Technology (IT), with a focus on building and scaling large global delivery teams to deliver legacy modernization, cloud and digital transformations. He has extensive experience in conceptualizing and delivering multi-year business transformation and roadmaps, delivering value to end customers.
At Voya India, Vaibhav is responsible for the entire IT delivery. He is a passionate team builder and collaborator, well-versed with agile delivery execution in a multi-cultural, multi-location ecosystem.
Sid joined Voya India in early 2020 and has been instrumental in building and scaling operations service delivery, adding multiple lines of business in his journey. He comes with more than 18 years of in-depth understanding of insurance operations encompassing retirement services, health solutions as well as life insurance. Sid has successfully led complex transformation projects enabling customers to meet their business objectives with multiple levers such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) six sigma, and operations consulting.
A post-graduate from Xavier School of Management (XLRI), Sid is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt with additional certifications in agile methodology, digital transformation as well as operations analytics. On the domain front Sid is American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) certified in Retirement Plan Fundamentals, Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) Level 1 and Customer Experience Essentials certified in Life from Life Office Management Association (LOMA) and CF1 (Insurance, Legal and Regulatory), FA1 (Life Office Administration) and FA2 (Pensions Administration) certified from Chartered Insurance Institute.
Nitin brings more than 27 years of diverse experience in statutory compliance and reporting, entrepreneurial ventures, Finance back-office operations, and consulting. His core strengths lie in General Accounting and Reporting, Financial Plans and Analysis (FP&A), Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), System Integrations, and Finance Shared Service Centre(FSSC) setup.
At his previous organization Nitin was the head of Finance managing local statutory reporting, consolidation, Finance shared services, acquisitions and integrations, technology procurement, facilities, and legal.
Nitin has also worked with organizations such as Ernst & Young, Capgemini, Symphony Teleca, Honeywell, and Accenture, where he held various positions and made significant contributions. In his current role at Voya India, Nitin oversees Finance, facilities, procurement, and legal functions.
Roli is a passionate Human Resource (HR) professional with more than two decades of HR experience in global capabilities centre (GCC) and services organizations. Her experience spans across consulting, reinsurance and technology with SwissRe, Genpact, and ANSR regional and global roles.
She focusses on employee lifecycle and has helped organizations in fast-paced ramp-ups, designing and leading employee experience, talent management strategies, and culture-building initiatives. Roli has a double masters in Economics & Human Resources and is a certified coach and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Certified Green Belt and Design Thinking Professional.
In her current role at Voya India, Roli heads the human resource function.
Deepak has more than 24 years of experience, having worked in global services, product companies, and captive delivery centres. He has worked with companies like Target Corporation, Mindtree, Happiest Minds, i2 Technologies (JDA), Pure Software, and Ness Technologies. With extensive experience in program and project management, software delivery, captive setup, pre-sales, software development, quality assurance, and testing. Deepak has been a part of global transformation programs, process framework inception, and implementation.
In his current role at Voya India, Deepak heads the Business Operations Team encompassing the functions of project management office (PMO) and Operations, working with the business and Voya together to make it more efficient and accurate. Along with leading the company’s strategy, he also oversees the implementation of key initiatives and themes, such as innovation and automation.
Joydeep is a seasoned Information Technology (IT) leader with 23 years of extensive experience in driving digital transformation for global companies in Manufacturing, Telecom, Finance, and Information Technology & Enterprise System (IT/ ITES) verticals. He has experience setting up both in-house and outsourced delivery centres for large-scale global capability centres in India as well as managing massive transitions in people, processes, and systems.
In his current role at Voya India, Joydeep is heading internal systems and infrastructure and will be a key enabler in our journey toward autonomy.
Nayazuddin Meer has been associated with the Information Technology industry for more than two decades. Before embarking on his journey at Voya India, Nayaz was associated with Wipro Limited, SLK Software and Mindteck.
Nayaz comes with in-depth knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Human Resource functions globally, across the United States, Middle East, and India. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
In his current role at Voya India, Nayaz heads the Talent Acquisition function.
Vaidhyanathan has more than 20 years of experience in risk management, governance, internal compliance, and audit across diverse industries, including Information Technology (IT) & Information Technology & Enterprise System (ITES), banking, automotive, and more. His hands-on experience in IT risk and governance frameworks, internal audit, and reputational risk management makes him the ideal leader for this role.
He has successfully spearheaded risk management initiatives and governance frameworks in corporate and IT business delivery unit functions. He has extensive experience in delivering technology solutions, program governance, and risk management.
In his current role at Voya India, he is leading the Enterprise Risk and Compliance function.

Santhosh Keshavan joined Voya as Chief Information Officer (CIO) in September 2017.
Santhosh’s 25 years of extensive experience include strategic planning on a global scale, driving transformational, sustainable change, and leveraging leading-edge technologies to enable innovative solutions, operational excellence, and business growth.
His leadership skills, combined with his deep technical expertise, have been instrumental in refining business processes, enhancing the customer experience, and advancing Voya’s strategic technology vision.
Executive Vice President, Organizational Health and Enterprise Capability Building, Voya Financial
Nan joined Voya in 2012 and oversees the overall growth strategy and performance of the operations organization, as well as the company’s Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts.
Under Nan’s leadership, the CI management system created a high-performance culture that has led to dramatically improved business results.
Ferrara’s thoughtful leadership skills, expertise, and results-driven approach helped build high-performing teams and greater collaboration among Voya’s ongoing business and support functions.
Senior Vice President, Employer and Intermediary Operations, Voya Financial
Michele joined Voya in 2016 as senior vice president, leading Voya’s enterprise contact centers.
She has since transitioned to Senior Vice President, Employer, and Intermediary Operations. Michele previously led MassMutual’s call center operations, policyholder services, claims, and strategic project management offices as a vice president. She is passionate about cultivating talent and has a strong track record of successfully integrating lean practices and continuous improvement, which has led to the development of a high-performance culture at Voya.
In her current role, Michele ensures consistency in the customer experience, processes, and performance management. She is responsible for all aspects of Health and Wealth New Business Implementation and Onboarding, Health and Wealth Producer Services, Wealth Operations, including Plan Management, and VFA Broker Dealer Operations. Her teams deliver a high-touch, high-tech approach to service and operations with the sole purpose of helping customers achieve their retirement goals and retire better.
Senior Vice President of Human Resources (HR), Voya Financial
Lori is the senior strategic HR thought partner for Voya’s EVP and CIO and the global technology organization. She is accountable for collaborating on organizational strategy and guiding the business on workforce strategy, talent management, cultural integration, diversity and inclusion, compensation, and retention. She has more than 25 years of experience in HR leadership, specializing in talent initiatives for global organizations and supporting acquisitions and divestitures. She also serves on Voya’s Enterprise Leadership Team.
Prior to joining Voya, Lori spent over ten years as SVP HR at Synchrony, primarily supporting the EVP and CIO in leading multiple people initiatives, including establishing university partnerships and driving organizational transformation. Lori has earlier held HR leadership positions at Stryker, IntegraMed, MasterCard, PepsiCo, and Deloitte Consulting. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Pace University. Lori is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, with active involvement in various programs throughout her career.
Chief Risk Officer, Voya Financial
Frank O’Neill is the Chief Risk Officer for Voya Financial. Mr. O’Neill is responsible for overseeing the enterprise-wide and business-level risk monitoring and management program for the organization. The responsibilities include working with the Board of Directors and senior management to establish and manage an enterprise risk appetite framework consistent with the company’s strategic goals.
Prior to his current role, Mr. O’Neill was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer for the Wealth and Health business segments. In this role, he was responsible for the management of the financial health and risk management of the businesses. Prior to joining Voya in 2015, Mr. O’Neill was the Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, for Manulife Financial. Responsibilities included the management of business development opportunities (mergers and acquisitions) and the design and implementation of capital management solutions.
