Role Summary	Achieve stringent daily productivity targets ➢ Will be responsible for processing participants/plan level transactions ➢ Strict adherence to non-disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality ➢ Research on the queries/requests sent by the business partners/transaction processing/client support teams and replying to the same with minimum response time ➢ Work with onshore partners and build professional relationship ➢ Taking active participation in process improvements and automation ➢ Excellent process skills with ability to identify and prioritize high value transactions ➢ Completing assigned responsibilities within defined SLAs
Key Roles & Responsibilities	1 to 2 years of experience in in US retirement services(Defined Contributions) ➢ Should be a Graduate ➢ Should have excellent communication and analytical skills ➢ Should be a self-starter, proactive and target oriented ➢ Should have knowledge in MS office applications ➢ Should be flexible to work in night shifts and must extend when business required

Vipul Goyal is Head of Investment Management at Voya India, bringing over 23 years of expertise in asset management, servicing, and investment research. He has a proven track record in building scalable delivery models, strengthening governance, and driving impactful transformations through strategic leadership. Before joining Voya, Vipul served as Senior Vice President and Divisional Head at Northern Trust, overseeing global investment operations across APAC, EMEA, and North America. He also led the Investment Management practice at WNS Global Services. At Voya India, Vipul heads Investment Management Technology and Operations, enabling innovation and collaboration across teams. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Accountant, Vipul holds an MBA with specialization in Strategy & Finance from the National University of Singapore.

Nitin Dharamshi

Nitin brings more than 27 years of diverse experience in statutory compliance and reporting, entrepreneurial ventures, Finance back-office operations, and consulting. His core strengths lie in General Accounting and Reporting, Financial Plans and Analysis (FP&A), Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), System Integrations, and Finance Shared Service Centre (FSSC) setup.

At his previous organization Nitin was the head of Finance managing local statutory reporting, consolidation, Finance shared services, acquisitions and integrations, technology procurement, facilities, and legal.

Nitin has also worked with organizations such as Ernst & Young, Capgemini, Symphony Teleca, Honeywell, and Accenture, where he held various positions and made significant contributions. In his current role at Voya India, Nitin oversees Finance, facilities, procurement, and legal functions.

Vaidhyanathan Muthurengan

Head - Enterprise Risk and Compliance

Vaidhyanathan has more than 20 years of experience in risk management, governance, internal compliance, and audit across diverse industries, including Information Technology (IT) & Information Technology & Enterprise System (ITES), banking, automotive, and more. His hands-on experience in IT risk and governance frameworks, internal audit, and reputational risk management makes him the ideal leader for this role.

He has successfully spearheaded risk management initiatives and governance frameworks in corporate and IT business delivery unit functions. He has extensive experience in delivering technology solutions, program governance, and risk management.

Senior Vice President of Human Resources (HR), Voya Financial

Lori is the senior strategic HR thought partner for Voya’s EVP and CIO and the global technology organization. She is accountable for collaborating on organizational strategy and guiding the business on workforce strategy, talent management, cultural integration, diversity and inclusion, compensation, and retention. She has more than 25 years of experience in HR leadership, specializing in talent initiatives for global organizations and supporting acquisitions and divestitures. She also serves on Voya’s Enterprise Leadership Team.

Prior to joining Voya, Lori spent over ten years as SVP HR at Synchrony, primarily supporting the EVP and CIO in leading multiple people initiatives, including establishing university partnerships and driving organizational transformation. Lori has earlier held HR leadership positions at Stryker, IntegraMed, MasterCard, PepsiCo, and Deloitte Consulting. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Pace University. Lori is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, with active involvement in various programs throughout her career.

Mona Zielke is global chief operations officer of Workplace Solutions for Voya Financial. Zielke leads the U.S. based and global teams responsible for all Workplace Solutions Operations, including the customer contact center, claims experience and plan management for customers and clients across Voya’s Workplace Solutions businesses, which encompasses retirement, group and voluntary insurance, savings, as well as employer health benefits products and solutions.

Zielke is a Registered Principal of Voya Financial Partners, LLC member SIPC. She joined Voya in 2014 to advance the Voya’s Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts and led the integration and sustainability of CI within her organization to create a high-performance culture and streamlined processes.
