Purpose


Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of Facility Operations and meeting customer expectations with a mindset to work in any shifts. The purpose of the role is  to ensure smooth management of Soft services and other Administration related activities and enabling us towards movement into the new facility and contribute in streamlining soft services at the new Office

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Managing of Transport Operations at the Location.
  • Responsible for managing all existing & new contracts, retention of the existing business,
  • Collaborate with Operational teams to ensure employee satisfaction on all Facility services.
  • Develop or update Facility Standard operating procedures.
  • To coordinate for all soft services activities like HK services, Cafeteria Services, Dry and Wet pantry, Event Management, Indoor Plants, Pest Control, Carpet Shampooing and coordination with the building team.
  • To have monthly service level agreement meeting with vendor and rating their KPI's
    To oversee vendors are following compliance norms and raise escalation in-case of non-adherence
    To monitor attendance of support team and provide sign off for payment processing.

Housekeeping

  • Ensure 100% housekeeping deployment on site.
  • Inspect the deployment and verify the attendance.
  • Daily walkthrough with the Soft services team
  • Ensuring that the deep cleaning schedules are prepared and achieved.
  • Conduct monthly meeting with vendors and obtain their signoff on the service levels score card
  • Coordinate with the managed Office operator for the common area maintenance.
  • Oversee call handling Operation and track complaints to closure.
  • Evaluate the scrap purchasing vendors and obtain approval from management before every transaction
    and ensure all equipment’s related to soft services are in good working condition and utilized effectively.
  • Assisting with the preparations of presentation, budgets, and reports.
  • Food and Beverage services management including overseeing all  Pantry operations.
  • Initiating Purchase Indent for all requirements pertaining to areas being handled on soft services.
  • Proactively plan and support Leadership visits and their F& B requirements.
  • Oversee Inventory management and soft service supplies for enabling operations.
  • Support on transition requirement towards new location on all aspects of soft services.
  • Contract management of all soft services and Transport contract.
  • Space allocation and tracking the space data on occupancy as per space occupancy guidelines.
  • Ability to provide options on Hotels and stays for Corporate Offsites.

 

 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Job skills and experience:

 

  1. Good exposure on Transport, Soft services at the required location and the ability to scale up to understand Hard Services.
  2. Complete knowledge on Transport Operations including geography of the location for which the position is required.
  3. Minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience in managing soft services and managing Contract Labour management.
  4. Good knowledge of Food , Beverage and Housekeeping activities.

 

 

 Educational qualifications :

 

  Preferably a graduate in Hotel management / other streams of hospitality.

 

 

 

 including database management.
