Profile Description:
- Complete non-discrimination testing and Form 5500 preparation for plans within prescribed regulatory deadlines. Provide assistance to relationship managers and clients regarding data inconsistencies or gaps, test results, and less complex projected testing results. Work with client and client auditors to resolve inquiries regarding Form 5500 reporting requirements.
- ● Develop for review the testing/reporting strategy and implement Omni/ASC system requirements. Prepare audit packages as needed in support of the Form 5500 filing process.
- ● Perform quality review of testing/reporting prepared by other team members. Validate methodology, data and plan level parameters to ensure accurate testing/reporting for all clients.
- ● Under the direction of an ERISA Consultant, assist in the development and execution of cure strategies for failed tests and/or in response to projected testing results. Prepare calculationof return-of-excess amounts and attributable earnings, QNEC/QMAC, recharacterization of amounts to after-tax or catch-up as permitted by plan design.

● Support product development initiatives and process improvements efforts.

● Bachelor’s degree In business administration or related work experience in ERISA complianceor plan administration setting
● 2-4 years industry experience
● Working knowledge of current recordkeeping system including text file and transaction capabilities is desirable. Knowledge of current software used by department is also preferred.
● Willingness to pursue Industry designation (SPARK, NIPA, ASPPA, CEBS)
