"Position Summary: Voya India is looking for a cybersecurity Technical architect with 18 + yrs of extensive experience in information security with a focus on security architecture design and implementation. Professional experience in design build and implementation experience in security systems of an organization's IT infrastructure and data from cyber threats. This role requires strong technical expertise strategic thinking and the ability to translate business requirements into secure solutions. Key Responsibilities:• Developing Security Architectures: Designing and implementing security solutions for various systems and networks including cloud environments.• Risk Management: Identifying assessing and mitigating security risks and vulnerabilities.• Security Policies and Procedures: Creating and maintaining security policies procedures and standards aligned with industry best practices and regulations.• Incident Response: Developing and implementing incident response plans and procedures to effectively address security breaches.• Security Assessments: Conducting security assessments vulnerability testing and penetration testing to identify and address security weaknesses.• Technology Evaluation: Evaluating and recommending security technologies tools and solutions.• Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of system design and development.. Required Skills and Qualifications:• Experience: 18 + yrs of extensive experience in information security with a focus on security architecture design and implementation.• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of security technologies including firewalls intrusion detection systems VPNs and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.• Security Certifications: Industry-recognized security certifications such as CISSP CISM or CISA is preferred.• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate security risks and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address security vulnerabilities and incidents."
