"• Responsible for managing the Voya IT Business Continuity Plans across US and India.• As a contributor to the Business Resilience Office this role is expected to work fairly independently in partnering with business departments to development and maintain Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans in accordance with pre-defined Program requirements. • Consulting with the BC Plan Owners and BC Plan Coordinators to complete the annual lifecycle of Business Impact Analysis BC Plan update Walkthroughs and sign off.• Provide support to the Plan Owners at time of event• Be on call as per the rotation followed by the team and be available at the time of event.• Support Enterprise Business Resilience Program with data governance• Develop and maintain a robust IT business continuity plan and ensure the plans align with current business conditions and further is in line with corporate defined standards and framework.• Data quality monitoring and regularly scheduled report generation• Ability to prepare any adhoc presentations and create dashboards• Having knowledge on Tableau Riskonnect Everbridge will be advantageous.. Role Requirements• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.• A Business Continuity professional with a minimum of 15 years' experience.• Ability to support during US hours i.e. 5:00 pm to 1:00 am IST• Demonstrated knowledge and experience within an enterprise business resilience or business continuity role.• Demonstrated ability in dealing with challenging and changing situations.• Demonstrated ability to maintain effectiveness under pressure and with aggressive time constraints.• Knowledge of Business Continuity areas (BC Planning / Documentation BIA Crisis Management).• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.• Must demonstrate ability to work as a member of a geographically diverse team.• Excellent communication skills especially related to facilitation documentation and reporting.• Must be available for 'on-call' duties in support of any incidents or events occur outside business hours.Experience• Minimum 15 years' experience in managing Business Continuity Planning • BCP certification CBCP CBCI MBCP MBCI is desirable."
