An industry veteran, Sharada Nandakumar brings more than three decades of experience, spanning the length and breadth of the ever-evolving technology industry. She has extensive experience in managing large businesses and operations, service delivery and digital transformations.

Prior to Voya India, Sharada was with ‘Wipro’ where she spent more than 21 years in various roles in delivery, presales, sales and as business head. She has global expertise, building customer relationships across the United States, Europe, India, Middle East and Africa. Sharada’s strengths lie in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, stakeholder and people management.

At Voya India, Sharada has played a crucial role in stabilizing the India Office, building a strong culture of trust, collaboration and camaraderie and accelerating the journey of building a strong global capability centre.

Vaibhav has more than 24 years of experience in Information Technology (IT), with a focus on building and scaling large global delivery teams to deliver legacy modernization, cloud and digital transformations. He has extensive experience in conceptualizing and delivering multi-year business transformation and roadmaps, delivering value to end customers.

At Voya India, Vaibhav is responsible for the entire IT delivery. He is a passionate team builder and collaborator, well-versed with agile delivery execution in a multi-cultural, multi-location ecosystem.

Alok Kumar Tiwari is a seasoned leader at Voya India, having over two decades of experience in steering organizational growth through strategic initiatives and navigating intricate transitions. With a rich background in transitions, operational excellence, and learning and development, Alok has left an indelible mark across various domains including Retirement services (DC and DB plans), Health benefits, Actuarial services, and investment consulting. He is known for spearheading large-scale transformations spanning multiple locations, fostering capability development in cutting-edge fields like Wealth Management and Actuarial Sciences.

At Voya India, he channels his vast knowledge to guide teams towards achieving pivotal business goals, cultivating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. He serves as a driving force for change within the organization, steering teams consistently to progress towards their goals and success.

Sangeetha Gururaj is the Senior Vice President and Head of HR at Voya India, leading the organization’s people strategy and Talent transformation for the organization. With over 22 years of experience across global and Indian enterprises, she brings deep expertise in talent management, leadership development, and building high-performance, values-driven cultures. Before joining Voya India, Sangeetha led HR for India at Qualitest along with leading global functions like L&D, global shared services, People Tech analytics and Diversity. Her leadership has earned industry recognition, including Brandon Hall and Economic Times awards. She has also held senior roles at Infosys, Mindtree and other leading organizations.

Known for her strategic, people-centric approach, Sangeetha is passionate about empowering employees and shaping great workplaces where people thrive to the peak of their potential.

Vipul Goyal is Head of Investment Management at Voya India, bringing over 23 years of expertise in asset management, servicing, and investment research. He has a proven track record in building scalable delivery models, strengthening governance, and driving impactful transformations through strategic leadership. Before joining Voya, Vipul served as Senior Vice President and Divisional Head at Northern Trust, overseeing global investment operations across APAC, EMEA, and North America. He also led the Investment Management practice at WNS Global Services. At Voya India, Vipul heads Investment Management Technology and Operations, enabling innovation and collaboration across teams. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Accountant, Vipul holds an MBA with specialization in Strategy & Finance from the National University of Singapore.

Nitin brings more than 27 years of diverse experience in statutory compliance and reporting, entrepreneurial ventures, Finance back-office operations, and consulting. His core strengths lie in General Accounting and Reporting, Financial Plans and Analysis (FP&A), Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), System Integrations, and Finance Shared Service Centre (FSSC) setup.

At his previous organization Nitin was the head of Finance managing local statutory reporting, consolidation, Finance shared services, acquisitions and integrations, technology procurement, facilities, and legal.

Nitin has also worked with organizations such as Ernst & Young, Capgemini, Symphony Teleca, Honeywell, and Accenture, where he held various positions and made significant contributions. In his current role at Voya India, Nitin oversees Finance, facilities, procurement, and legal functions.

Vaidhyanathan has more than 20 years of experience in risk management, governance, internal compliance, and audit across diverse industries, including Information Technology (IT) & Information Technology & Enterprise System (ITES), banking, automotive, and more. His hands-on experience in IT risk and governance frameworks, internal audit, and reputational risk management makes him the ideal leader for this role.

He has successfully spearheaded risk management initiatives and governance frameworks in corporate and IT business delivery unit functions. He has extensive experience in delivering technology solutions, program governance, and risk management.
In his current role at Voya India, he is leading the Enterprise Risk and Compliance function.
